Hello I am very new to all of this but decided to give it a go for some advice prior to seeing my GP.
Me and my partner decided it was time to try for a baby the beginning of June I came off cerelle 3rd June, I had been taking it for around 4 years with no periods and 3 implants prior to this with no periods so I don’t remembrv if I was ever regular. I expected a withdraw bleed a few days later but it didn’t come. 8 days later I had some brown bleeding for 2 days (I wondered if this was my withdraw bleed or not). I have had all the symptoms of being pregnant but I am not, I am putting this down to coming off the pill. I had all of the signs I was going to get my period around the 28 day mark but nothing came. I’m not 6 weeks 3 days pill free with no bleeding or BFP. Two weeks ago I think I had some signs of ovulation but I’m not sure if I am just hoping it was!
I know 6 weeks isn’t long but I am feeling very impatient now we have decided the time is right. I’m not sure if all of the above is normal especially when I have been on so much contraception over the years or if I should speak to my GP.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated 😊

I came off this pill in October, had period the next month. Had periods up to march, now haven't had a period since and I'm not pregnant either. The doctor had told me that the pill cerelle is a strong pill and came mess up your cycles for up to 1 year - 1/12 years, so they won't do nothing with me until I hit a year of coming off the pill, which is what they do in most cases anyway. I'm so Impaitent and certainly when I thought I'd missed my period due to being pregnant but now they've stopped and haven't had a period since 30th march, but this is apparently normal... which I doubt but it's literally just a waiting game :/ x
It can take a while before your periods go back to normal. You could buy ovulation kits to see when your ovulating. Unfortunately the GP won’t do any tests until a year.
Give it a bit more time 6 weeks isn’t that long. I know it’s hard it took us 3.5 years and then 2 rounds of IVF to get our baby but fingers crossed you will get there xx
