Might be caused by the hormone relaxin, getting your body ready for labour :)

May just be the position baby is in. Any worries talk to your midwife, they will be able to check you and advise.

Hi there! I am 36 + 3 and I am having also more pain than usual in my back. I think it is just the weight of the baby when I sleep. I gets better along the day. Anyway, if you are concerned, talk to the midwife. The big day is getting closer!!

Carrying a baby puts a lot of pressure on the back and can get worse towards the end of pregnancy. I would recommend yoga and birthing ball exercises to ease pregnancy pains. The exercises also help with getting the baby in a good position as well as with contractions and labour. Good luck with the rest of your pregnancy x

I’m the same have been for a few weeks I’m nearly 31weeks but this is my 2nd baby I fell pregnant 7weeks postpartum after having my first and I’m massive this time too midwife told me not to be concerned it’s just the pressure of the baby 😊 but if the pain gets worse you I get tightenings across my stomach to ring them back at the hospital xx
