Ive had this problem for 10 years on and off, more so at night. Ive tried numerous creams, tea tree baths, probiotics, canesten, vagisil, live yogurts, been to gum clinic 3 times, seen a gyno, seen gp so many times. They never find anything. They said its abit red but doesnt look sore. Im 25w pregnant and the last 3 days its been so sore its hurts to walk, just terribly itchy and sore, no discharge or smell. I could just cry. Plus now im approaching the 3rd tri i can feel myself getting haemoriods too :( so im uncomfortable front and back of my privates and am utterley miserable. Any ideas?

Hi Samina,

Do you shave? This can cause irritation. Is the area dry? What products are you using when washing? Are you wearing 100% cotton undies?

Ask your gp for something with the haemorrhoids, I got something for mine and it’s much better than anything you can buy over the counter.

Yes i do shave with a ladyshave all over :(

Do you really think my 10yr problem could be this?

How can i take all hair off without getting itchy and sore? Cant afford or dont want to do waxing in a shop. Ty

I get really itchy if I shave so it’s possible. How about hair removal creams?

If it's shaving that's causing it which used to itch me. What do use as a base to shave?. I stopped using dove and now use coconut oil and it works a treat no itching or soreness after wards, maybe try coconut oil see if it helps also don't shave too often maybe once a week it's very sensitive down there. 💗🤗😘

Ive always dry shaved with an electric ladyshaver. Is that bad?

Don't know but sounds like it could be irritating. Iv always shaved with normal razor and used bikini trimmer when I started getting itchy I started using coconut oil which is a lot more better and comfortable, I'll be going for waxing soon though I'm sick if shaving xx

Hi, I use to suffer been itchy and sore down below.

I switched to a completely soap and scent free shower gel. I use either diprobase or oilutum showergels and soaps. A consultant recommended to use an aqueous cream to moisturize there aswell. You can get a big pot for a few pound.

I generally suffer from skin problems anyway and switching products helped
