Pregnant and also have fibroid
Hi Hun I don’t have any experience but I hope someone on here can help or have had a similar experience. Xx
HI darling, congratulations on your pregnancy.
Unfortunately there is not much that you can do regarding the fibroid. At the beginning of my pregnancy I had one that grew a total of 3 cm as well as developed 4 extra ones thanks to pregnancy hormones. As long as they are not close to the babe they won’t represent any risk. Don’t worry the Drs will be monitor it/them at every scan. Remember not to stress to much about it as stress levels can affect your little one. As a reassuring some ppl need to have them removed in order to get preggo being not your case I wouldn’t worry to much about it. I will have my remove later on.
Take good care of your little bundle
Hi,
Please try not to worry. Have they said where it is?
I had a fibroid noted at my first scan (which was at 10 weeks) and at my second scan they told me it had grown slightly but it was well out of the way and didn’t interfere with baby at all, then by 20 weeks it was gone.
Good luck x
Yes they told me is not too far from the baby.... i just pray mine will dissappear just like us....
I am beginning to have much hope
I had multiple fibroids which impeded me getting pregnant and had to have 2 operations to get rid of as many as possible. As a result of the surgery my womb adhered to my lower bowel and stomach wall. I got pregnant 6 months later completely naturally! The fibroids I had left actually stretched out during the pregnancy. The adhesions also stretched out by 28 weeks - they said it was like an air balloon pulling off it's moorings...it was pretty painful but the drs monitored me all the way. I ended up having an elected c section just in case the womb was damaged and couldn't withstand labour. In fact the womb was completely free of fibroids when they checked it out before sewing me back up. All was fine. I now have 2 healthy boys!! 3 years old and 10 months old. You've done the hard part. The babies will do the rest xxx
Uterine fibroids grow during pregnancy. You may need to up your food intake for a while to make sure the baby is getting enough nutrients. The fibroids should stop growing at some point.
Yes so the drs said....
I hope and pray that mine stop growing or even dissappear
Hi, you can always try to reach out to an herbalist. My naturopathic doctor had her herbalist help her shrink her fibroids and then naturally disappear (however she was not pregnant at the time). Hope that helps 😁
I hope everything goes well for you!!!
Thanks all for your reply.... my baby girl has arrived she is so cute...
