Feel pregnant but menstruating

Hai my name is Linathi,i had insemination in October menstruated but i thought it was implantation bleeding bcz it was light. Next month i samething happened n i took hpt ut was negative. I have pregnancy symptoms n my stamach is growing n my breast. I have regular heart burn and i pee regularly especially at night. I havent done blood test yet but i have an appointment in January. I want to be pregnant but the results are disappointing pleáse help while im waiting for my appointment.

Take another test? The ones with pink dye like first response are reportedly more sensitive. Saying that though, it doesn't sound like you are pregnant from what you have said. Lots of things can cause those symptoms- including really wanting to be pregnant. Good luck to you, anyway.
