I suffered bad headaches in the beginning aswell, drink plenty of water and try putting your feet and handshe in warm water and frozen peas ect on the back of you neck

Thanks hun x

It's most likely dehydration. I suffered with a lot of headaches early on too. I'm always drinking and when I'm out and about, I carry a bottle of water and I don't get them anymore. The only downside is, you will need to visit the toilet more.

From all the reading I have done, we pregnant women need to increase our fluid intake due to an increase in blood supplying nutrients to our growing babies.

Good luck!

I thought the same but am now drinking at least every half hour. If I sit down in the evening to watch TV I now make myself 2 drinks. It really does stop my headaches so I feel it's definitely worth it. I hope it works for you.
