Menstrual vacay or pregnant?

I am 45 years old. My period is like clockwork. The first time me and my partner do not use protection, my period is late. I have taken countless urine tests that have all come up negative. One blood test that has come up negative. Went to the doctor the other day and the urine came back negative, but the sonogram is showing 6 weeks pregnant. Waiting for blood work to come back. Feeling tired and nauseous. Things I used to love to eat no longer seem appealing. I am also feeling extra 'frisky'. My boobs are more sensitive and my body is just different. What could it be if all the tests are coming back negative?

What did they see on the sonogram? Was there a heartbeat and sac?? Cuz that beats any urine or blood test but very strange. Keep

The doctor said I look to be about 6 weeks pregnant.

When I first went to the doctors with my first son they told me I wasn't pregnant. Another test 2 weeks later showed I was. They said sometimes the pregnancy hormone is only weak to start and doesn't always show up
