Pregnant and bleeding dark blood not a lot still slightly cramps

I got a vg scan two sacs one with a yolk other one to high to come by in 2 weeks went home started bleeding nother enough for sanitary towel but cramps am I still pregnant please help blood is dark

Are they doing a follow up scan? That's the only way to know. If they're not doing one then you need to ask for one to be done
