Bleeding but not due a period

I need some advice. I’ve been suffering with period pain cramps. My last period was 11th April I’ve had some bleeding it’s a pale pink/brown colour and it’s light bleeding. I’ve had a constant headache too and feeling sick occasionally. I’ve done a test and it’s negative but how long do I wait before doing another one or could it be something else?

I’m ovulating today and seriously the pain in my back has knocked me today. Some people get spotting, sore boobs even nausea/sick.

It could be that then. It’s gotten heavier but not red it’s still pink/brown

Take pregnancy test around 4 week mark from your last period. Too early can show negative.
