Are you holding on to your wee too long maybe? I'd get a urine test checked as infections are quite common in pregnancy (midwives tend to check for protein so their dip sticks won't pick up infection necessarily

If you go to your gp and ask for.a urine test kit. Follow instructions and stick one of your maternity stickers with your name on it and ask them to send it off they should do. My doctors do but you may need an appointment at some doctor. They'll ring you with results and be able to prescribe some antibiotics if you have a urine infection as pain when passing urine is a symptoms. Of a uti. I get them alot and I get pain in my abdomen and back when I wee if I have one..hope you feel better soon.
