After 4 failed ivf transfers we have some how managed to get pregnant naturally for the first time ever, I’m 5 weeks pregnant and freaking out about the smallest twinge.
However in bed this morning I had a sharp pain in my left ovary area when I turned over in bed. I’ve had this pain before but not when I was pregnant. It stopped once I stopped moving and relaxed but now I’m worried it’s something sinister.
I’ve read about round ligament pain but thought it was but later on than 5 weeks? Has anyone else had this before?

Yeah that’s really true! Every twinge I worry but if there was nothing I would worry about that too so no winning! 🙈I spoke to the midwife who said the same thing so feeling reassured. Thanks so much for your reply xx
I had IVF and currently 23 weeks pregnant. I know at the start I had these weird twinges too, including my left ovary and constantly worried about everything. I hope that like me, you’re hyper vigilant and understandably anxious about everything and that all is fine. Aches, pains and twinges are completely normal. Glad you spoke to your midwife - they are a great help.
