Does anyone else feel a pulling sensation down below (uterus area) when they walk any distance? I'm almost 20 weeks and it's uncomfortable and a little concerning. Thanks everyone xx

I had exactly the same yesterday. I'm currently 18 weeks pregnant, it seems to have subsided today. I think it's probably all the stretching and pulling
