Ok so me and my gf had unprotected sex twice on a Saturday night , its Thursday night and she took several ept tests and all come out positive. Is it possible for her to be pregnant already?

No but you may have got her pregnant about 4 weeks ago if its showing up

We just had sex once and that's why I'm asking because she tested herself 3 times and all positive. So I'm thinking might not be me the dad /:

I agree, she was probably already pregnant. And she will be: you can't get a false positive because the hormone that the test detects, hcg, is created by the placenta.

When I took my test when I was pregnant with my little girl I was only 1-2 weeks, but I think 5 days is pushing it. So it is more than likely that she conceived before that. A Clearblue digital test can tell you how far along she is.

She must have been pregnant before if that was literally the only time you had sex. You can't get a positive test until a minimum of around 10-14 days later. At 5 days the egg wouldn't have even implanted yet.
