I can only imagine how anxious you must be feeling. All I can say is if you're boyfriend/ husband is home or will be coming home soon start getting busy in the bedroom.

( as you may have already read somewhere) Sex is a proven way to get labour started.

As well as the sex thing staying active I truly believe was my saviour for the slightly early birth of my daughter " 3 & a half months ago"

& let's face it the amount of energy it could take you to want to be intimate would probably render you to wanna sleep! Haha

and meanwhile you can try the exercise ball or walking up and down the stairs (it all helps at the end ) good luck !

I've heard raspberry leaf is supposed to bring on labour. No idea what it is though! Maybe a tea? Good luck

the tea just softens cervix it doesn't bring on labour x
