I have had problems with the blood vessels in my nose swelling up and this was causing me to snore and gasp for breath as I couldn't breath through my nose sometimes which also was waking me up. I went to my GP and he gave me a nasal spray that really helped it's called avamys. If these are your symptoms then this might be your answer. However it could

also be that baby is pushing all your organs up into your rib cage which also makes it hard to breathe sometimes.

Hope this helps Xx

I've started snoring too. Never have before. The glamour of pregnancy!

me too, I am using 'breathe right' nasal strips which do help you breathe but apparently have no difference on my snoring at all! Oh dear...

Hi ladies thank you for your replies, I struggle for breath even during the day not because of nazal issues but I just feel like everything is squashed inside so maybe that the reason, I will see my GP about this but I heard that this can cause problems for the baby too???

Don't think there's much you can do about it, apart from by ear plugs for the other half...

I am 6 weeks and 3 days of pregnancy but I have noticed that for about 4days now.

Please let me know if anyone has experience before. I am really concern about my pregnancy/baby 😢

I'm ten weeks pregnant and I went in for a sonogram yesterday and the dr said he didn't see anything in the sac but we did at 6 weeks.

I am so so scared because I didn't have a miscarriage and it's like my baby " disappeared " . I...
