Dear mums I am 27 weeks prg my hubby said that I snore heavily at night and make snorting noise and gasp for air sometimes
I have had problems with the blood vessels in my nose swelling up and this was causing me to snore and gasp for breath as I couldn't breath through my nose sometimes which also was waking me up. I went to my GP and he gave me a nasal spray that really helped it's called avamys. If these are your symptoms then this might be your answer. However it could
also be that baby is pushing all your organs up into your rib cage which also makes it hard to breathe sometimes.

me too, I am using 'breathe right' nasal strips which do help you breathe but apparently have no difference on my snoring at all! Oh dear...
I snored like a rhinoceros throughout my pregnancy and it hasn't exactly gone since I've given birth! When I was on the ward being induced there were three other women in the same room as me and was like a rhinoceros pen at London zoo! Don't think there's much you can do about it, apart from by ear plugs for the other half...
