Uncomfy 34weeks

Pain all in my left side and back so uncomfy

Love feeling my little boy move in there but my god im feeling the aches now

Poor you! 34 weeks is a long way out to be facing those aches and pains every day

Have you sorted out a supportive way to sleep? I've found that makes all the difference... particularly like my genie pillow.

The other thing which I was really struggling with was shoes. Eventually I realised that wearing flat ballet pumps did me in, gave me aching back and hips because it wasn't giving me enough support.

I do love my yoga ball but cant take that every where unfortnatly lol

Yh i been useing a pillow at night now its a little better

Finish work sunday so i rekon after that i will feel better as on the tills so haveing to reach alot xx

Ow poor u I had the same especially if I sat for long periods once ur off try goin on walks it helped me to stay active n definetly like lou said making ur sleeping position more comfy should help.
