We had girls names ready, but no idea re: boys names... We waiting until our LO was born! He was called Oliver for 4 hours, then a brief spell as Jacob before we realised he was Samuel :-)

Go with the flow :-D

I had no idea with my son until he was born.his name just poped in my head and was perfect.with our little girl (due in nearly 3weeks)we've got a problem...i'm trying to find a name that sounds the same in english and my language like my son's.so i like Nadia,Anya,Victoria,Amelia.but i think the first one is the one as it means Hope :) its hard really to decide..when u'll hold your little one you gonna know straight away :)

Love Lyla... think its pretty ..but old fashioned but with a modern twist :)

We had our girl's first name before I even conceived lol. Hopefully she will suit it cos she will be stuck with it :D

Keeping it to ourselves though, not even telling this forum...

She will have 3 forenames each starting with S A H (surname begins with E). In approx 16 weeks, I'll let you all know. Each of the names are uncommon - particularly the A name.

I know this doesn't help you though Hyawoffa :p

I'm fond of names u rarely hear on the street and have a few up our sleeves for a girl. We liked Erica, Peyton, Ezme and Heidi. Although after reading the above post, I'm loving the Willow :)

There are several websites u can use if ur stuck. Just type in baby names to google and lots of info will pop up. Good luck in ur search and I'm sure whatever u choose will not even compare to the beauty of ur daughter :) xx

Hi there we had a girl's name picked from very early on... India. But we found we were having a boy so irrelevant, plus hubby forgot that he has a cousin called India so out of the question for future!

We named our little man Hugo but my top 2 unusual names that I like for a girl are Enola and Aubrey! Again, not an option for us for future as a family friend has a little girl called Enola and my grandfather-in-law is an Aubrey and so is my sister-in-laws best friends daughter! (Unisex name!)

Let us know what you decide!

X

Oooooooo, I love Violet!! We are the same, want some thing old fashioned but not common. Like Grace too, but very popular where I am in Essex at the moment. I think we have decided on Evelyn :-) Although we are team yellow, so not sure if we will use it yet!!
