has anyone used a angel Doppler?

I have it, it's brilliant make sure you use plenty of gel when listening and order yourself another full sized bottle, the one u get with it is tiny!

Also start listening from you bikini line and move it slowly, also put your finger on your pulse so you don't get muddled with your own pulse, anything much faster than yours is the baby, if you are less than 20 weeks having a fuller bladder helps

I found my sons heartbeat with the angel sounds dopler at about 10weeks I think though it did take me at least a good half hour to find him, doctor said he would be very low in my pelvis but he wasn't.. At that stage they move around everywhere so you may find your looking in a different place every time :). I never used the gel that came with it.. I just used bio oil which gets you in a routine of using it aswell then.. Or you can just use the ones from poundland or lube saves so much more money than buying the expensive stuff x

Also don't panic if you can't find babys heartbeat on your first try .. My doctor couldn't even find his heartbeat so he just sent me for a scan instead

Hi, I took skybluebostons advice and ordered angelsound doppler. It came yesterday. At 1st I was all anxious as I couldn't find babys heartbeat but after a few hours of losing the plot I eventually got it. Baby munchkins heartbeat was so clear so don't b alarmed if u don't suceed 1st time around. I found using moisturiser better than the gel. I'm nearly 19 weeks. Good luck x

im hoping to receive it by tomorrow, im 21 weeks 4 days so im hoping I will find heartbeat no problem,

I will try the bio oil & the moisturiser aswell

its so exciting,

ive got midwife today to so im hoping she lets me hear the heartbeat
