I heard honey is a good one but I can't stand the stuff. . Constipation is a nightmare! Cup of Hot water can help I like putting lemon in it as can't stand got water on its own either! And fibre so if u like all bran...bran flakes or weetabix for a few days can help mine has got better thank god! But so know how u feel xx

I hate constipation, espcially at this time. I get a simular problem "occasionally" as im taking some pregnancy multi-vitamin supplements.

I dont know about honey but i've tried eating at least 3pcs of fruit a day as well as drinking lots of water & seems to do the trick.

xx

I'll probably try this honey remedy though I love honey YUM!

try prune juice...x
