Hiya ladies

I'm totally in the nesting phase and for one reason or another I have began washing all of my baby boys new clothes, toys, sheets etc

Did you or are you going too?

Yes definetely.

Im not yet at the "nesting" stage on this pregnancy but its always best to wash all / as much as the baby's things as possible.

Always double check the label too because some clothes are so delicate may need to be air-dried or Etc....

It's nice to get everything washed and ready - I think it makes you feel more prepared. Plus it's so lovely folding up all the little bits and knowing that the next time you get them out will be to dress your little one in!

Nesting took over furiously for me at around 38-39 weeks, cleaning the most obscure parts of my house were all I could think about. In fact I can remember my other half coming home to find me outside, in the rain, scrubbing the outside of the windows that had been cleaned a few days before and saying "if you don't go in to labour tonight I'll eat that dirty sponge" and I started having contractions an hour later! I've been fixated on cleaning EVERYWHERE and washing all baby's clothes n toys so is lovely to read it's not just me! :) how did everyone clean their wipe clean soft toys? Just popped some in the machine but thought would need to just wipe the musical toys, not sure what to wipe them with that won't discolour them or leave chemicals though?!

Yeah, I'm going to! I've wanted to a few times already but I'm restraining myself until the baby's bedroom furniture is sorted out so the clothes can go straight in there :)
