Hi everyone. This is what I had for dinner tonight. It was a gluten free quiche with fake bacon bits, mild shredded cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, liquid egg whites and brown rice. We had a salad with dressing and Greek yogurt with hot tea. We will have the leftovers for lunch on Monday.

What did you have tonight?

Stay safe, happy and healthy!😀👍🌈

We had beanie burgers, quinoa, carrots and broccoli. There is enough beanie mix left for another meal.

That looks lovely Leah, very tasty indeed. I had oven baked jackets for the filling I grated some vegan cheese, added fresh chives and mixed in a good helping of vegan mayo, maybe not so healthy but very nice all the same

Also happy birthday Leah, have a great day x

Looks delicious 😋

That looks amazing Leah and I bet it tasted the same way. I did one of my infamous pizzas. I make the crust in my bread maker and then add so many toppings it’s difficult to lift. Yesterday’s was meatballs and sweet peppers.

I'm glad you enjoyed it! I had a salad, cottage cheese with Salmon and a small piece of Kugel with unsweetened applesauce.

Happy Birthday!!

🌸🌷

Best Wishes,Leslie
