I sometimes print drawings on regular letter envelopes when I have something to leave off or mail to someone.
I just ran across this gift exchange themed design from last Christmas. As long as there's a little room for a return address and a "to" address, and you keep the bottom area clear for the mail coder you can have a lot of fun fancying up regular envelopes.
