Hot cross buns turned out really well as I added diced apple which made them light and fluffy! I didn't have apricot jam to put on the top, so I sprinkled on some demera sugar and stroked them with honey for the shine. Then after a tasting, they go into the freezer for safe keeping!! Today it's baking bread. 👏

They look and sound delicious diana and I can just imagine how good they're going to taste. If they were here they wouldn't make it to the freezer! 😊 x
They came out so big, the freezer is the only place for them!!
