Thanks Jerry,
Well done it’s over with now I hope you get the results your hoping for,I had an ultra sound scan done yesterday and she was so coarse it really hurt, she was tearing along my scar tissue with the scanner thing and the conducting gel was too bloody hot ,not a pleasant experience either but good to get it over.good luck with your results.x
Thank you Daisydot1 , I hope your results are also ok , I also have had the scan done on my bladder a few times not nice with gel on and pushing in . I will get my results in about three weeks. Clive x 🤗
Hi Clive yes I’ve had more than my fair share I have recurring kidney stones but this time I was more concerned about the groin pain so I just paid the £90 to have the scan done and get the results there and then, turns out it was the arthritis in my hip causing referred pain, docs just kept giving me antibiotics instead of investigating properly with my history of stones.
I’ve had a few mri and ct scans done for various things and it’s the mri ones I hate so you have my sympathy.I am waiting on a neurologist appointment now to check my neuro symptoms caused by pernicious anemia,it’s not much fun getting old is it lol take care and let us know how you get on with your results and don't worry.x
Hi Daisydot1, I have cervical myelopathy and have already had two operations on my neck c3c4c5fused and neurological conditions including bladder and bowels no fun but this life . Hope you don't have to wait to long to see a neurologist..
Your right Clive thats no fun at all.I assume you’ve had your folate/b12 levels checked and been tested for pernicious anemia?
I’ve had so much trouble with my back and neck and spent a fortune over the years trying to get answers and it’s been the same since I was young, degenerative disc’s disease,I know now its more serious than that its caused by sheer neglect and pernicious anemia not being treated properly.
I have many neuro symptoms but my main reason for seeing neuro is to have my head and spine checked for demyelination ive just chosen to delay any appointments just now as I don’t fancy risking unnecessary hospital visits right now. It’s an uphill battle for us people with these conditions and we dont get a lot of sympathy as it’s an invisible illness isn’t it.take care and speedy results so you can focus n your next plan.xx
Are got this through a accident and was misdiagnosed for nearly twenty years ago with complex regional pain syndrome 😫 but I can't worry about the past it's the future and the only problem with this illness there is no cure it reminds me of something that was on fire only for it to smuolder on ,but there is a lot worse people out there who are worse than me and that is what drives me on .Clive x 🤗
That's the best thing to do isn't it Clive and I hope that pounding in your head is gone sooner rather than later. Hope the scan results are favourable for you. x
Thanks springcross, so do I hope the results are ok as I can't bear another operation . Clive x 🤗
🙏 x
Thanks Mydexter x
That's great ,well done, one less thing to worry about. I know it’s not an exactly pleasant experience though!!! I really hope you get some reassuring news soon! Take good care and get all the rest you can. xxx
Thanks Niao x
