So for everyone who read my last post, I want to let you know that I have decided to drop the class I was failing because I felt it would be best for me so I do not have that stressor anymore but that did not magically fix everything else (and no I did not think it would I just wanted to clarify that I still struggle over some of the things mentioned but I did not feel like typing each one or idk what I am trying to say anymore sorry)
I am thinking of just changing or pushing back my plan instead of doing it later and cramming it into my now I am going to spread it out into my future.
Anyone got tips on how to make a routine when having to stick to a specific routine makes you bored I want to organize my life more.

This seems like a well thought through solution teen_ anxiety. I’d only add that you should drop this class in consultation with your teachers so they can help you better with your long term goals.
An awful lot of getting yourself successfully educated is in managing your time well. So much depends on you in this. How big a work load you are able to accommodate and so on.
Most of it boils down to how much you can devote to your future happiness, because you can’t always see it at the time but you will need to work at something for an awful lot of years, so it’s always going to be more enjoyable to do that in something you enjoy doing. And a good education can make you financially stable and help you to fund your leisure time too.
So keep that always in your thoughts as you progress and learn to use your time well so that you can study but always find some time out for a little fun. Take care and best wishes.
Decision made... good on you! 👏👍🏼👏Routine making.... ensure regular breaks that get you up and moving will help.
I’m assuming that this is a home study routine your after sorting?
Do have breakfast as it will give you the energy to get started. I find my morning shower buzzes me awake, then b’fast. Study periods of between 50 minutes to 1 and half hours depending on your concentration abilities. Glass or bottle of water at hand. Stand up, stretch and move around for 3 mins or so every 20-30 minutes to stop eye strain from computer working and gets some blood to the brain... jogging on the spot as fast as I can gets me loosened up. Dance to you favourite fast disco song will do it.
Light lunch and get out side if you can - hour or 1 1/2 hrs for lunch. Have work cut off time and stick to it. Put every thing away then ‘walk home’ around the block, cycle home or disco for 20 mins home and enjoy your evening 😎
