My day so far

Hi y’all! I finished both classes for college about an hour and a half ago, I’ve just been watching videos and writing in my free time. I might read my Bible later. Who knows? My dad did something real sweet today, he told me how proud he was of me for everything I did. He’s told me time and again how impressed he was of me for doing so well in college and for always doing well in school notwithstanding my learning disability and ADHD. I’ve definitely grown closer to my mom as well and I’ve talked to her a lot about stuff. But I’m very blessed to have wonderful encouraging parents. And I thank God for that.🙏 I’ve also watched lots of How to ADHD content and read books. Reading books and writing sparks my imagination. I love it! I hope and pray this Covid will get under control. I’m sure it will. Hope everyone else is well.

Thanks so much! 😊

I think it gives you are really warm glow when your parents let you know they are proud of you Annegables124. It's encouraging for you to carry on the same way too, so it's a win-win situation. We've all been severely tested by Covid. It's really important to try not to get too scared or frustrated with it all. Whether it's sooner or later we will find our way out of this situation. So, continue being you, because it sounds as if you are doing all the right things!

For me, covid has gotten me to get to know myself better and I’ve gotten to know my parents better since I see them all the time and we’ve been in Quarantine for almost a year. I’ve also been better at handling some things and I’ve taken the time to educate myself on stuff too.

Greetings: Yessssssss those of us that have, encouraging parents are so blessed😇. The parents that raise you have a profound affect on whether you are a confident, productive , kind human being in our communities/ societies, and the world. No one is perfect, and that includes me, you, and our parents🙃. My heart does go out to those who have been damaged by dysfunctional families Just know that all people have an opportunity to become good/great productive loving human beings.😇
