I managed to get out before the heavy rain today which was an absolute bonus. It's been raining heavily all afternoon with gales.
I walked/jogged 19702 steps which is 9.86 miles.

Ah good old Devon. I was very fortunate as I'd only been home about half an hour before the heavy rain appeared.

Once again beautiful pictures in a newer format.🙃 A friend called me from Florida Sunday to tell me it was 83 degree's. He, like, I, and you likes working out. On Valentines Day early in the morning he worked out with weights, and then went on a 9 mile bike ride, while his wife was strawberry picking with her girlfriends😀. I hope she is going to make him a strawberry tart. They are a lovely couple.😇 Thanks again for the great pictures.
