Dear all,
I finally, after a few small 'hiccups', received my first Covid 'Jab'- I have to say a VERY well 'run' centre.
I arrived, with my Mother, by cab- who we asked to 'wait'- and was first taken into a, rather Draughty, Gazebo/ Tent.... but not for long. The lady let us all inside, as soon as she possibly could, and we all stood in a small Lobby area. Next we were given a 'Number' and a seat too!
About fifteen, to twenty minutes later, my Number was called and I was 'booked In'. I then joined a, fairly slow moving.... but Moving... queue, that led around a corner. The Vaccination Rooms, were adjacent to this queue, and, upon reaching the end, you were directed in. My Drug List, that I always carry, was Checked before I was given the 'Jab'. Afterwards I was directed into a Spacious, and well Marked, waiting area before being asked my name. This was purely 'Precautionary' and, after about fifteen minutes, I was allowed to leave. The path led, back round, to the Car Park.... and our waiting cab.
I then had to go, to the Main Hospital, for Blood- and Urine- Tests. The, sets of. Tests were Not 'related', as such, but it sure 'Made Sense' to have them 'Done' together!
Within two hours I was sitting, in my Mother's Living Room, dinking tea😀😀😀.
In all a 'Good' experience- well as far as Vaccinations 'go' anyway!
