Hi Colliesam, I'm so sorry that you are struggling so much at the moment. Of course it's fine to post here, if you want some support and help. I see that you also belong to the British Lung Foundation who might be able to help you better if it's to do with your condition, but it does sound as if this might be something different.No-one here will be able to tell you what is causing the pain in your bones. The best and only real help for that is to consult a medical professional like your GP (family doctor).
But could it be that there is something else going on, given that you feel tearful too. Pain and worry can make us cry, but so can clinical depression and there's an awful lot of that around at the moment too.
If you've been feeling this way for a while, then I think you should consider you might be a bit depressed. This too needs professional help in just the same way as a physical disease.
If you don't know how to begin, again, get some help from your doctors, who are just as used to dealing with this as with physical ailments.
If you can't see a doctor in person then at least call and explain what's going on and ask for help in any way it can be given.
You don't have to, and shouldn't, be struggling with this on your own.
But after all that's been done, please do come to the community any time you like, and a warm welcome to you.

Thank you means alot to me ,have no one to talk to really, thank you again stay safe x
We all get times when we feel low and I have had a few episodes myself when I have felt like that for example back in September I became ever so upset when local lockdowns were announced here in Wales when I had just restarted face to face socialising and then that was announced which meant our September and autumn plans couldn't go ahead and then there were the whispers about Christmas being cancelled and yes it was as when the government pulled the plans on Christmas I wasn't surprised but not heartbroken as I hadn't made any anyway as I had learned from September but I was sorry for the poor people who had set their hearts on Christmas only to have the plug pulled at the last minute!
I know life at present does feel like a constant round of aggravation with no end to it as it does with me as well but what I do is make the best of what's available and acknowledge how its always hard to take when things are taken away from you without warning no matter what the circumstances.

Yes it is hard ,but i have been ok with things all the way though, but just feel out of sorts later ,thank you for your reply stay safe
If you are depressed because you are ill - it is better to fix (or come to terms with) the illness than just treating the depression - I was diagnosed as "just depressed" when I had heart failure! There is a possibility that you have CoViD - I suggest you try to get a test (and self-isolate).
Have the symptoms come on suddenly or over how long?
Do you occasionally suffer from depression, or is this something new?
Do you have:
Respiratory symptoms?
Fever?
Gastro symptoms?
or what else?
Aww sorry you are feeling that way. You are not alone in this, believe me, even if you feel right now that you are. There’s some great support on here with some lovely 😊 friendly people. Callendersgal always offers wonderful advice. Reach out and support is there. Take care in these very very hard and difficult times but you can come through and out the other side.
☀️☀️
