Nurse appt went well, hopefully, if there's any problems they'll ring in a few days, after that over to tesco for a bit of food shopping, then home via the chippie, this afternoon sat on my bed watched another episode of Star Trek Discovery, and ordered a couple of DVD'S ❤️🌈😊STAY SAFE AND WELL

Applied for 5 jobs, picked up my prescription from Boots, finished off the seafront tea rooms by Vanessa Greene, had my walk first thing as well.
I took part in a digital media awareness session today and then had a nice nap in the afternoon. Now had a shower and relaxing on a couch.
I'm glad the appointment went well Jenny. I'm so glad you managed to get to Tesco and then the chippie. Lovely way to relax watching Star Trek.
I went out on a powerwalk, it's been very foggy and damp all day here. Got home had lunch, made peanut butter, raw bars and brownies.

I went out, for a Fairly long walk- this Afternoon- with one of our Staff (I live in Supported Living) and. whilst out, we sat on a Bench near the wood. A Bird was Singing His Heart Out, quite nearby.... how beautiful, it 'made' the whole walk. I stopped off and bought some Bread, Ham and 'Custard Filled' Doughnuts- reduced to clear- VERY good, they are too!!!!
I picked some, Fresh Rosemary, whilst I was out, it was Just Beginning to sprout too... Ideal. I had better start my Bolognaise soon! I also 'Made' a, mainly Red Fruit, Smoothie earlier- I have the Fruit Frozen already (good old Iceland).

Hi Jenny:......., received my letter inviting me to book my covid vaccine dates and times..... sorted.
Spent a couple of hours this afternoon watching a movie “Pretty Woman” with Julie Roberts and Richard Gere..... beautiful movie. 🙂🌹👍

Good day Jennymary. Glad it went well. I tidied up several kitchen cupboards and discovered a few ingredients lurking at the back of them, so I made dinner which included those before they got put back again and forgotten for another year!
