I suffered for two years before they discovered it was my gallbladder. That was 47 years ago. Had it removed, no problem since.

Hello Thank you for replying. Did you have normal blood test. When you was suffering. I’ve had a ct scan and they only found diviculitus disease. but they don’t think it’s that causing me the problem. I have no appetite. Fatigued terrible.

I was ill for two years with terrible pains and vomiting. They gave me antidepressants the lot. They only found it because I saw a doctor in the middle of an episode and he had a light bulb moment.

In my day you had nothing. I had an x-Ray once they decided what it was. Very different in those days. I had two weeks in hospital

Oscar091, please contact your GP surgery urgently for advice, because you shouldn't be suffering this pain in silence. It's impossible to say exactly what's causing it, but it's not a usual thing and if it isn't better after a year, it's vital to get help now.I know it's more challenging to get that assistance at present. But you can call at the appointed time for triaging for a possible face to face or telephone appointment with a GP, or you can be triaged by using the 111 phone number, or, if you have the NHS app, or your surgery has it's own, you can fill out an online request for an e-consult. Don't delay. It's awful to be in pain and it's worrying not to know what's causing it.

Yes, I have had it, and had my gallbladder removed. If you vomit after about half an hour after eating, and then feel better, it is a diagnostic marker.

Yes it sounds like it could be your gallbladder. I had the same issue and had my gallbladder out . Please see your doctor and good luck.

Hi. I had my gallbladder removed. I had stones and the stones were very painful. Do yourself a favor and go to the doctor. Get the surgery. It's a quick surgery and recovery is quick too. Why suffer in pain when there is a solution and a quick one at that?
