This is Spot, the chicken. A very interactive and inquisitive being.
More like a dog really. Follows us around. Jumps up on the work bench to see what is going on. Comes in the house now and then to see what is happening.

Hi dave. Great markings on the chicken and I can imagine it being good to have around, it obviously feels quite relaxed at your place. Apparently, before I was born my mum had a couple of chickens and in really cold weather, she used to bring them in and put them by the fire for warmth. x
She might will lay speckled eggs as well Jerry 🐣

I used to keep chickens and was given a bantam. She used to fly in my shoulder every morning to tell me all her news, I was so lucky. They are great pets just like big budgie's

My family kept chickens, ducks and bantams. The chickens were an ordinary brown colour not the beautiful colour of yours. The cock was a right cocky fellow though and woke me up every morning.I still like chickens.
My friend had 3 chickens called Millie, Mollie and Mandy. They were so friendly and loved popping in doors now and then. When there was only one left, she used to go in every day and sit on my friends partner’s lap and watch the tv, she needed the company now she was on her own.
She is beautiful! I used to have chooks who used to follow me round the garden "helping"! If I stopped for a break, they would all come and sit on me! Lovely creatures xx
