For those who have joined us since the first lockdown finished, this is what I'm talking about, one day quite early in the first lockdown I posted, 'what's anyone done today' where I put what I'd done, I live on my own, and other members joined in with what they'd done, good, bad, happy or sad, it's just a chance to share your day if you want to, you don't have to.
So as we now have another lockdown, I'm happy to do it again if you'd like me to, if we don't do it again I won't mind at all ππβΉοΈ

Today I have done an early walk, been on future learn, watched mission impossible 1 and 2, done some cleaning and some food shopping as well.
I wasn't surprised when they said about a full lockdown in England again myself.
Excellent idea Jennymary.
Here's my answer, I did housework with hubby then I went to the gym. I'll be out power walking now though.
I did some reading after lunch today. I also did some knitting. I had dinner at 5:30 pm and watched some TV and more reading. I also talked with a few friends on Facebook Messenger and just got done with a bedtime snack.
Talk to you later Tuesday during the day. Good night, Jenny.ππππ΄π€π
Today I took the Christmas tree down, wasnβt sorry to see the back of it this year. I went a walk to the chemist for a prescription with my hubby. The roads were like an ice rink. Even the chips in our drive were frozen. We have one step at our door which was very slippy. When hubby took the rubbish out later on, he noticed the step was salted, our lovely new neighbour must have salted it for us. Such a small but kind gesture.
Oh well done for reviving this Jennymary! It wouldn't be a lockdown without it! Yesterday I spent some time contemplating going out as I could feel a national lockdown coming, but it just looked too cold out there. (Not quite so much to miss outside this time around). I did my usual Monday post in the Care Community and answered some posts for a while.I'd had a bad night's sleep too, as I'm getting night time pain from an injured shoulder, so I felt the need and justification for an afternoon nap. I put on a true crime series on Netflix, snuggled under a furry throw and as the voices droned on, I felt myself zoning out. That lovely feeling when you know you are heading for sleep and you really don't care what's on TV! π€£

I always enjoyed the whats anyone done today posts as well.
I donβt start work until 12 so intended getting up early but was so cold so took my breakfast to bed and have been replying to peoples posts on this site . Oh my goodness it is 10.40 already but this morning has been so therapeutic.
It makes me realise than not having got a job yet and having to wait around is a blessing in disguise as it would be irritating stopping and starting at a job or starting and being laid off which stings harder than having to wait.
I decided to restart my job hunt when things are more settled.
I was sorry for the children in England who had gone back to school yesterday only to be told at the last minute that from today the schools will be shut until mid February at the earliest as they would be looking forward to seeing their friends and teachers and then no they aren't I feel is cruel.
It's bad enough as an adult when you are led to believe you are getting something only to have the door slammed in your face but with children it's really cruel in my view.
