Indeed Alicia! It's really interesting to learn of developments on fronts other than the admittedly vital vaccinations. We are going to have to learn to tame covid19 too, not just attempt a preventative. Because it's here with us always now and no vaccine will ever be 100% effective. I like to see that efforts are being made to find weapons which will weaken its effects and make it a less severe illness.π
It certainly is Sue, it's comforting knowing that we are not just relying on a vaccine.
Agree that it's now here, like the flu, bit there's something else that would lessen the impact.ππ
I think we need to proceed with caution here Alicia as it is a cancer treatment and needs to be modified to eliminate side effects! Let's wait for trial results as then we will know if it a suitable for the majority of patients! π
I can well imagine that the scientists are definitely moving along with caution, there's a risk with most things. I was watching a hospital programme on Covid and it was very interesting to see how Resdemivere (probably not spelt right) helped a nurse fight the disease and leave the hospital much sooner. We need hope and this is hope.
It's really good what they are finding, we all need hope.
Please stay safe and well Jerry, Spring is on the horizon.

Precisely, the scientists are finding out more and more xxxx πππππππ
Remdesivir and also Dexamethasone is another which has proved to help.
I saw a programme on TV, I think it was called Covid Hospital, and there was a nurse that had Covid but they gave her Remdesivir and in a couple of days or so she was a right as rain, it was amazing.
Yes, I saw that too , very interesting. Xxxxβ€οΈπβ€οΈπ
It really was Lynne, they are doing so well xxxxxπππππ
