My experiences with horses weren't great . I would have another go but with a person with a lot of experience and someone who is calm . I haven't ridden for about 35 years .

I would have thought working with horses is very good therapy as they can't answer you back . I would love another go on a horse . If you have so much experience with horses then there are plenty of stables that would love your help.
