can't validate my feelings

i always feel like what im feeling is wrong and cant seem to validate them ever or think about whether my feelings are right or wrong so much that end up being overwhelmed. do you guys feel that too?

Yes sometimes I overthink like on decision making then I end up in a spin so I switch off that's why we need as you say mindfulness a outlet and diversion from our busy minds sometimes when things have been going really well and I'm happy I panic and think oh this wont last something will happen to rock my mood hence things been too good to be true so I stop my mind and do mind training on been positive where there's a negative there's a positive I'm a glass half full person anyway so that's kept me up more than down and strong I guess😊xx

you really have to make an effort to keep your mind from wandering off

The best thing is to get absorbed in a all consuming hobby I'm doing more photography now xx
