Tonight is the end of British Summer Time, so for those of us in the UK, we need to put the Clocks BACK an hour.

Jerry, if you are reading this, can you 'Post' it to the Other Forums please.

We don't change our clocks in the US until November 1.

I said to my hubby at around 17:20 'it'll be dark at around 16:30 tomorrow, not a nice thought. Wish they'd leave the clocks alone.

Dear secrets22,

A little Suggestion, for you, put The Christmas Decorations 'Up' after Guy Faulks Night, I'm going to. A 'Tad' early, for sure, but Colourful on these Dark Evenings.... also get a Halogen Heater, they give a lovely 'Warm' yellow glow. Not expensive, I paid about £20, a few years back. Just turn the Radiator, in the Living Room, down- or off- and enjoy the 'light'.

A few Cakes and either a Cafetiere of Coffee, or a Carafe of Wine.... and Who CARES about the Weather! (Let the Grandchildren Walk 'Bonzo', after all, they are always asking.)

A nice 'Snuggly' Dressing Gown, or Duvet, your favourite Recliner.....'Was that Thunder?...who cares anyway.'...Snore.😊

Enjoy yourself secrets22

I thought, we in the US, were the only ones to play with the time twice a year.

Afraid this year i wont be putting decorations up,and last year i did'nt either, apart from using Laser Light projectors which create strobe moving effects across walls and ceilings, and to be honest i really am not keen on Christmas at all.

Spent about three hours 'upgrading antivirus' on the laptop in the Sunday afternoon, noticed it had not altered new time, getting ridiculous, getting slower, and slower? Beginning to lose temper a s i t w a s g e t t i n g w o r s e !, halfway through upgrade, OFF! turned it back on again after a bit of a cool down! WHEW! OK! Honestly those technological 'marvels' are getting more like a spoilt brat everyday? [maybe should not have said that? maybe it will crash altogether?] SHHH! Stay Safe
