Hi everyone. This was from last night. It’s a quiche with brown rice and quinoa for the crust. The cheese was Sharp Cheddar. I had the last piece for lunch today. It has 39 total carbs. when eaten at lunch with an apple. It’s 60-70 carbs. when you add a side salad, fake bacon bits, dressing (depending on the flavor of dressing) and a small gluten free brownie afterwards for dinner. It was really good and I enjoyed it even more at lunch because the flavors blended well together.
