Hi Ali and thanks for that...was interesting.
I have been practising mindfulness for a few years now and have really felt the benefits of it.
It is true that you have to try and do it as much as you can but in my case it's def worth it. I know its not everyone's 'thing' but over the years it has really helped with stress/anxiety and now helps me cope and manage with multiple health issues and chronic pain.
My overall outlook on life is so different and the imposed early retirement was so difficult to accept. However, although I do have to work hard on it when things are bad, they make my life much more positive, happy and easier to accept things.
