You may remember I went for a mammogram recently, scary at the best of times, more so when 7 yrs ago today I was diagnosed with breast cancer in both of them!!!
Was told results would be through in about 3 weeks, so getting back from work today and finding the results letter waiting was scary, but it's all fine ππππππ

Hi Jennymary, very pleased for you, I had a mammogram recently, it was rather unusual to sit waiting with these ladies for my turn to come along, some strange looks as I am a male. Good news in a way as the diagnosis was Gynaecomastia, I was not aware that males could have a mammogram as well but we learn every day.
That is such good news Jennymary! I had breast cancer 24 years ago. Every year when I get a mammogram I hold my breath until I get the results . Thank God they have all come back negative so far
Good for you. My Sister in Law has just finished her Radiology for breast cancer. She suffered a bit with fatigue, but was blessed that they treated it. Covid never interfered. Thank you the QE Birmingham.
Jennymary that is terrific news. What a weight of your mind and your families. Keep well. X
Wow. I'm glad to hear everything went well. My cousin had a double mastectomy. She had picture done of her surgery. She let me view them. It scared me just seeing what she went thru. It's good to see good news on here.
Every month, the first of the month is time for the breast self exam, but it is so great to receive negative backing you up findings from the imaging department. When they are satisfied with only one session of imaging, itβs hallelujah time!
