Hi all
I had a dental appointment this morning and decided not to use the car but cycled, much better for the planet and my heart and lungs. I took the longer more scenic route back home. It was a 22 mile ride.
This afternoon I went on a walk with hubby through the woods and fields, photos to follow in a separate post.

The dentist was absolutely fine albeit a little strange waiting outside to be called in and then to sanitise hands.
Thank you, can't think of anything better than a cycle ride.
They really are so lovely and the one that is close up in a photo was happy for me to stroke it and the brown horse comes close to me, so beautiful.
Oh yes, definitely good for the planet. I won't use the car if I'm able to walk/ride.

Lovely photos. Glad you went on ok at the dentist. I had to go the other week as a cap had come off my front tooth. The receptionist asked me everything outside. When I went in she pressed the hand sanitizer on to my hand, I couldn't touch anything except for the chair in the dentist's room. Then the receptionist came to take me out, a different way to coming in. It was brilliant!! I hate going to the dentist at the best of times!!

Thank you Lynne. I'm always glad to get the dentist out of the way, I find it so boring. That must have been strange being outside. Your dentist sounds very well organised as well, it does feel strange though.
