It's a beautiful day in Devon, hardly any wind and beautiful blue skies, what a difference.
I made the most of it and rode one of my favourite routes to Yelverton on the edge of Dartmoor. I couldn't resist taking a photo of the ponies, there weren't that many around today.
I cycled 34.784 miles.
In the garden this afternoon cutting hedges with hubby.
Hope you've all had a good morning and have a lovely afternoon.

Thank you Jerry and we've had stunning weather here. Hubby has now cut the hedge and we've both done the clearing up as it's a lot quicker to cut it than it is to clear up. We've 2 more hedges to cut but they are a lot easier. There always seems to be a white horse on Dartmoor, I only saw 3 horses in total.
Have a lovely evening Jerry.πππππ€π
Beautiful pictures! Beautiful horses! Thanks for sharing! I feel like Iβve just been given, a breath of fresh air, and normalcy, amongst the chaotic life, that has changed greatly, since COVID 19, and civil unrest, joblessness, and political machinations, here in the USA. Itβs amazing, in a bad way, to see how much my country has changed, in the last 6 months! I would never have believed it, if somebody predicted this is the way it would be, a year ago, in August, 2020! This summer has been a summer like no other, Iβve seen, in my lifetime! When is the nightmare going to be over?
I'm so glad you like the photos and it's made you feel more normal. This year has been a year like no-one could ever have contemplated. It makes you more appreciative of the normal things in life.
Beautiful photos and blue skies, cold here in south east and ch on. Yesterday visited my adopted sheep Molly and her 2 lambs. There are 8 Wiltshire Horn mums with their lambs and they live on a small nature reserve looked after by volunteers. It's a nice place to visit with a short walk. You would be cycling there but I drive!! ππ
Well have to say its a long time since I road that far on a bicycle. In fact I recall my mum panicing cause she thought I had got lost. But it was lovely riding down country lanes in the fresh air. Thank you for the photos .
I love it and you can't beat the country,in fact I can hear sheep in the distance whilst out in the garden. I love cycling, it gives me a sense of freedom.ππ€π΄ββοΈππ²π³π
Wish I was able to still cycle, but I did go out to the locks by car yesterday only my second trip out since lock down was lifted.Enjoy your day weather is still nice, change predicted though. Some of the places will be quieter once the children are back at school.
