Resumimg my training after a break of several weeks

I resumed training today and thought it would be wise to start again from week 1 but the App wouldn't let me so I picked up at Week 5, Run 1. I actually managed it but not without difficulty. I ran VERY slowly. Advice please!

Sounds like you made the first step by making a start. I suppose you just need to take it slowly and rebuild your stamina and strength back to where it was. Could you do that and then start reusing the app from week 5.

I gave it up! Eventually I started again from the beginning but whatever I do and however I do it, I hate running! I can walk faster than I can run. I could never run even as a child unless adrenalin kicked in. I was doing it to run for Shelter but it was just sheer torture. My sponsors sponsored me anyway and now I'm walking for my health!
