Have you registered online at gov.uk as vulnerable, this is a good place to start, you will need your NHS number, this then links them to your GP surgery. When I registered online in this way, one week later I had a telephone call from my local council, asking what help I did/did not need. It is this computerised list that is being shared with supermarkets (I think next week sometime) so will be easier to get delivery slots.
SORRELHIPPO seems to have covered this for you with advice to sign up at GovUK, so just adding the link to the relevant webpage, so that you can get started.

Take care.
Thank you but I applied yesterday but main concern is prescription
My surgery has an electronic link to send to chemist, if no one to collect, and they cannot deliver, you local council may have a site of volunteers on line, or I went on Age uk and they knew what was available in my area.
Been on council site but useful as choc fireguard and under 50 spent time looking but stressing me out big time
I have had no letter either and my work won't pay SSP without it at moment have two weeks sick but will have to go back April 8th or have no money
The list to register is only for England and Wales not Scotland, where I am.
I had to phone docs for something else and she said definitely I had to stay in for 12 weeks as I'm on azathioprine, immunsupresant drug and steroids.
My meds get done at local pharmacist but wasnt delivering so found another company who would.very good too
Try emailing your docs that you can't get meds... Our surgery are setting up a del service... So I would expect that you would be eligible..
Are you on immunosuppressants
As pbc in inself does not put us on the high risk group...
On only say this.. Maybe your blood pressure does..
Just thought it might be comforting to know that you might not be as at risk..
Hope you get it sorted..
Best wishes cazer
Are you out completely...??
Is it essential or can you manage for a few days??
Check toilet bag, drawers... I expect you've checked everywhere...
If it's stuff you can't do without you will just have to ring out of hours docs no....
Or 111
If it's going to make you ill you have no choice...
Urso I know we can do without for a little while or cut down a little to spread out...
If not maybe get advice from a pharmacy you can get hold of...
I'm clutching at straws but I think you need advice from a professional...
Best wishes cazer
Yep.. Good luck...
Have you telephoned your surgery because they identified the vulnerable people. I had a text on Monday then letter arrived Tuesday. I also get a text everyday just to remind me to try and stay well with ideas for exercise etc. Also had to complete questionnaire online - they don’t automatically send food parcels etc Try ringing GP, best of luck stay safe xx
