Hi everyone,
It would be a pity to let the week slip away without mentioning the glorious sunshine we've had for the past few days. Although it's brought with it some searing heat, which many of us can't cope easily with, the cheerfulness it bestows on us is amazing.
With that in mind I'd like to share what writer Joseph Addison said in connection with the sun:
"What sunshine is to flowers, smiles are to humanity".
Smiles, like sunshine, can light up rooms, bring warmth to a situation and dispel gloom and negativity. Like the sun, it's good to see smiles often! And there's no season on smiles. We can smile daily, as many times as we want. And they are, like the sun, completely free to use!
