Completed Couch to 5K this morning! Run a couple of 5ks now and really enjoyed the programme. Big jump was from 8mins to 20mins I think in week 5. Once that was achieved I felt confident I’d get to the end. It’s a great, well constructed programme I’d recommend to anyone. Gives you an objective each week to reach and keeps motivation levels high. Ideal for physical and mental wellbeing. And Michael Johnson was a great coach! 👍. All the best to others working through the Couch to 5K, you can definitely do it! It’s virtually all in the mind, if you can stay positive and focused you will get there. All the best
