Literally within the last hour I've found the tech support on the app, sent them a message telling them about my issues, they've replied!!!

This is good news about the phone's Tech Support staff. Is the staff 24/7? When they get back to you about the issues you're having, please let us know what they told you.

Yep our support ,whether technical or medical from Health Unlocked and BLF has to be the best worldwide and it's free. They have the very best staff who make all the wheels go round and to think they are not funded by our Government and so rely on donations/fund raising is almost criminal in my mind!
