This is lovely. You live in a very beautiful place. The owner's must have been very happy.ππ‘
It is really amazing here!
Simple and profound. Well done! The owners will love this drawing of their farm and it's such a thoughtful gesture on your part.
thanks. one thing this whole virus situation has done is made me think hard about things I can do to connect despite being alone. a ways to go, but this one (sending her a sketch of her place) was very satisfying.
Keep on with the drawings. They will be a good reminder for you and others during a bad time in 2020 with the Corona Virus about.
Thatβs the word. Profound. πππ». I couldnβt think of it. I love simple but true drawings like this. Donβt you ?
Thank you! I love that word!
Another super sketch of your surroundings Wallowa. π
Thanks!
πππ So you take your sketching book with you regularly?
For a while I was sketching with a buddy, but going out and doing it on my own was falling behind. These days "going with someone" is of course not viable, so I like the idea of just having supplies in the car when I have to leave the house (which I do - the horses have to be fed. Very few people usually, so safer - though I do haul along homemade sanitizer and a mask! Thanks, I'll start doing that. What a great idea!
Iβve done a few watercolour paintings before, but Iβve never been able to master your free/loose style. Itβs wonderful. Well done and thanks for sharing it with us.
I've not done much work with watercolors, but they are wonderful! Thanks for your kind words. (Other than a few public television lessons on sumi-e (brush painting, a Japanese style), I only started doing art in the last 5 years, so I'm still learning every day. It makes me happy. Thanks!
thanks!
