Managed last week to get an appt with my chiropodist this morning, the good news is my feet are fine, he hadn't seen them since about February but they're fine, then it was over the road to the Tesco Express where I got my few bits and bobs, I'd had an email from Iceland about priority shopping so I went online and got a slot for Thursday afternoon, last weekend I got one with tesco for 20th of this month, haven't cancelled that one yet, but if Iceland bring everything I've ordered I'll cancel the tesco shop.

Spent the morning in my sunny warm backgarden, reading a book about railway ghosts(steam railways) normally a better atmosphere if read at night in bed, before sleep!
Watched a Netflix movie this afternoon!
Hi Jennymary
I'm so pleased your feet are fine, that's so good and one less thing for you to worry or think about.
I'm glad you've got your slot for a grocery delivery and I hope you get everything you need.
Myself and my hubby did the housework earlier today and I've been out on my bike before the weather changes and enjoyed it immensely.
Have a good evening.
Alicia🌈😊🙏
That was a well spent day Jennymary. You must feel so glad to be out and about a bit again. It's so good that you have been able to get the shopping slots you wanted. I think it is a bit easier again now, for most people.
It's been a really hot and humid day here today, especially indoors so I've been quite slothful. I cooked, as always, and we have to eat early when my husband's doing his night shift roster, so he's been waved off and I'm just back at the Positive Wellbeing community catching up on the day's events. Hope you have a good evening! 🌺
Today I have applied for 6 jobs, done 2 phone interviews where I went away from them feeling I did my very best which is all I can do really, picked up my prescription from boots and the whole thing was there unlike lately where I have had to return another day to pick up the rest of the prescription so I was glad about that, did 2 x 4 mile walks which helped me to settle down before my interviews and after them as well and went on future learn and then listened to music as thats one of the things that hasn't been cancelled in this pandemic.
Hi Jennymary ,
It sounds like your day went very well with the foot exam at the doctor's office. Glad to hear that.
I hope the food delivery goes well for you this week.
My day has been really busy on and off of HU. I had breakfast and lunch, used the computer and phone, did some text messages and checked e-mails, replied to some messages on HU, replied to comments/postings, took the newest poll on PWB and just did some relaxing here and there this afternoon. Later this evening, I will get dinner ready and do some reading. I also plan to do the word scramble puzzles for the next morning. I also plan to watch some TV if anything is on tonight.
Have a good night, Jenny.
Hi Jennymary, Glad you got your feet done, you sound like you have been busy. I had a lovey day. I met my sister at my mum's this afternoon and my daughter and granddaughter where also there. We all social distanced. It was great to see my sister. My 4 year old granddaughter kept us entertained singing songs in the garden, she was so cute, and we all clapped when she had finished. We all nattered while drinking cold fruit drinks in the garden. It was a lovely afternoon. xx
Hi Jenny, Well I put in 2 miles behind my weed and brush mower. There is a slight uphill grade so 300 ft of elevation gain. It was a fairly humid 86F so that was enough. I use an Apple watch to track. 468 calories which is motivation enough. Keeps the old ticker going and the BP low.
