Despite the circumstances of arranging it, it went really well, there was 8 of us there for her, 3 children, 2 nephews, 2 nieces in law and a family friend.
My dad who we lost in 2004 played a part as the Reflective Music was Over The Rainbow sung by Judy Garland who dad liked.
The 8 of us were able to chat both before and after the service, keeping our distance of course, but brother sister and myself were pleased with how it went.
Are we going to restart our 'what's anyone done today' thread next week, I'm happy to do it if you want me to

I just want you to know that I am so glad your mum's funeral went so well.
You are obviously sad but comfortable enough to feel you want to continue with something you started before. Why not continue to do it, as it will also be a way of helping you over a difficult period of your life.
Look after yourself. Xxx
